MOTORSPORT : Conference de presse Unis contre les abus en ligne Paris 29/05/2024

The Coalition

Sport has the power to inspire, unite and bring people together across borders and communities. It embodies excellence, inclusion, respect and the very best of human achievement. Yet these values are increasingly threatened by online abuse, which undermines participation, damages the sporting environment and affects athletes, officials, journalists, volunteers and fans worldwide.

Founded in 2023 by H.E. Mohammed Ben Sulayem, President of the FIA, United Against Online Abuse (UAOA) is a global coalition dedicated to tackling online abuse and hate speech across sport.

Bringing together over 80 sporting organisations, governments, regulators, researchers and technology platforms, UAOA works to advance evidence-based research, strengthen international collaboration and develop practical solutions that protect sporting communities and promote safer, more inclusive digital environments.
